Deirdre Kazi is a psychotherapist with a Masters degrees in both Adult Education M.Ed and Counselling Psychology MACP. She works with individuals, couples and families to help understand and resolve how your past influences your present life and change the negative patterns that impact areas of your life. Deirdre uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Deirdre provides therapy and training to clients in the areas of Self Leadership, Interpersonal and Emotionally Intelligent Communication and Mental Health and Wellness.
Deirdre works with Employee Assistance Plans to deliver Mental Health programs in the workplace to Leaders and front line employees. She was awarded Instructor of the Year in 2006, the last year of the award, in recognition of outstanding contribution as a practitioner in the field of Workplace Education in Nova Scotia by AWENS (Association of Workplace Educators of Nova Scotia).
Deirdre is also a dual Canadian and Irish citizen, born in Canada and living in Spain.
